Background:
I started my HR career in manufacturing and primarily supported industries of steel, oil and gas and even candles! I then moved into more service based HR support in the science and engineering field. I also have experience in the “start up” world in the software data field. I realized that I missed the engineering world and in 2023 I found my way back and joined Precision!

What excites you about being a mentor?
I’ve definitely had some challenges and stumbling blocks in my career. Each one has allowed me the opportunity to grow and learn in a way that has benefited my career journey. I would love to share what I have learned along the way to help someone else find their purpose through challenging times.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
Eagerness to learn and open to feedback. I would also love to be able to learn things from my Mentee’s so I would love someone that is also able to share their own experiences and what they have learned from each situation.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
Plant lady here! I love gardening and adding to my indoor plant collection – I probably have close to 80 indoor plants at this point. I love to hike and travel. I also paint in my spare time.
