Background:
As part of the PF Leadership Team, I have been with Project Farma since its inception. I have over 14+ years in the Life Science, Food & Beverage, and Aerospace industries leading and supporting cross-functional teams in Strategy, Capital Projects, Engineering, Validation, and Operational Readiness. I have been able to support across many of the “first evers” within the Gene Therapy, Cell Therapy, and Radiopharmaceutical industries helping bring commercially approved therapies to the patients. Leading programs greater than $280MM across program and project management, turnkey facility builds, automation, validation, and engineering. In my career, I have tried to wear every hat when possible within a cGMP Facility to gain as much exposure to the process across a wide variety of scope and responsibility from Project Management, Engineering Technical Lead, and Commissioning and Qualification Lead for Gene and Cell Therapy Facility Builds, Medical Device, Business Strategy, Technical Operations advisement and Facility Remediation.

What excites you about being a mentor?
Developing the next leaders in the space. I’ve taken pride in the mindset of “I want to teach you what I am doing, so you can teach the next engineer” from the very beginning of my career

What are you looking for in a mentee?
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Be comfortable outside of your comfort zone. Put in the work and effort needed to be challenged and talk about career focused discussions

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I am an avid outdoors person, love to golf in my free time and spend time at the park with my family. Born and raised in Cleveland and a any team Cleveland fan.
