Education:
BS in Bioengineering from Lehigh University
Background:
I’ve been with PF since 2022 and have been working mostly in the Boston area with some travel in the Northeast Region. On a day-to-day basis I am currently working on a Commercial Readiness Audit for a CDMO. I have been supporting strategy workshops, risk assessment discussions, and generating robust scheduling and tracking tools for our evolving scope of work. I also have a background in CQV technical writing and execution for a diverse array of cell & gene therapy production equipment.
What excites you about being a mentor?
I am excited to meet new team members and share my experiences in my role to help mentees navigate any challenges they might face on a day-to-day basis. I love the trusting environment the mentorship program creates so that mentees can speak freely and ask any questions, no matter how big or small! I am excited to aid in the professional growth and development of PF team members however I can.
What are you looking for in a mentee?
I am looking for mentees who are open minded and motivated to learn, grow, and share their experiences! I think it’s important to come prepared with questions and express interest in areas you want to develop skills in, either technical or soft skills. The mentorship program is a great space to be curious and knowledge share, whether that pertains to long-term career aspirations, getting involved in PF philanthropy events, or roadblocks you may run into on a day-to-day, project level.
