I have been in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years, with experience in all areas of commissioning, qualification, and validation, as well as quality, compliance, and regulatory consulting. I am a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I have been active in ISPE for over 20 years, am a member of the C&Q and Pharma 4.0 Communities of Practice, have published several articles in Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine, was the lead author for the ISPE Good Practice Guide: Good Engineering Practice, 2nd Edition, am a contributing author for the upcoming Validation 4.0 Good Practice Guide, and am a qualified instructor for QRM-Based Commissioning and Qualification, Good Engineering Practice, and Fundamentals of GMP. Additionally, I am a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and The Power of Habit.
