Background:
I’ve been with Project Farma since June 2021, travelling from Ohio to Maryland and Philly for project work. I currently reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. I’ve supported or led a variety of technical operation workstreams including CQV for viral vector and cell and gene therapies, and technical writing for manufacturing operations. In addition to my PF work, I’m also a member of ISPE where I attend showcases, seminars, and networking events to get more involved in our industry.

What excites you about being a mentor?
I’m excited to help and be there for someone the way my mentor is for me while also getting to meet a new person and learn new things. It’s such a rewarding experience to share what I’ve learned with others and to see them gain confidence in their work. Mentorship adds a link in your much needed professional support network both for the mentor and mentee. Our industry and work can seem daunting at times, but mentorship relationships help remind us we have people in our corner rooting for us.

I’m looking for mentees who are curious and want to explore that curiosity within the work that we do. I believe growing professionally and personally requires learning, and the best way I as a mentor can help facilitate learning is by taking questions or curiosities my mentees have and guiding them towards resources or having open discussions to try and tease out understanding.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I wanted to be a meteorologist or storm chaser as a child, and I still really enjoy watching storm chasing videos or monitoring weather radars. I love crocheting and reading in my free time, especially if it’s raining outside.
