Education:
B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Catholic University of America
Background:
I have been with PF for a little over 2 years. During my time here, I have work at two different sites in the Philly area. I have worked in CQV supporting both cell therapy manufacturing projects and testing and analytical services labs. I have supported in a Quality Assurance role reviewing Master Batch Records and Clinical and Microbiology Data including assays and Environmental Monitoring Data. I have also worked on technical writing workstreams helping to draft SOPs for manufacturing.
What excites you about being a mentor?
I am excited about helping other team members grow and develop in both their role here at PF and in the personal life by providing them with the guidance they need to reach their goals. I strongly believe that I can learn just as much from my mentee and am looking forward to growing myself and understanding new and different perspectives.
What are you looking for in a mentee?
I am looking for a mentee who is committed to the mission of PF and willing to take on the tough challenges where they can become the best version of themselves in the role. I hope everyone takes each opportunity to grow and learn while continuously asking questions and remaining engaged so that both participants can gain the most out of their experience.
Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I love reading and read over 60 books last year. I also love baking and being outdoors.
