I got my start in project management at a generics company. I joined PF as a Project Engineer where I continued to grow and develop my knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry by working in every department for facility start-up (Equipment Validation, Computer Systems Validation, Quality, Project Management, Operational Readiness, Project Management, Program Management). I love traveling and exploring new cities and places (at one point in my career I lived in each of the 4 continental US time zones for a year working for clients across the country). I have supported large organizations and small start-ups and I love the challenge of organizing cross-functional teams to deliver projects for our patients.

What excites you about being a mentor?
I love watching team members take on new challenges and grow. My favorite part at PF is our focus on leadership development. I love watching team members grow from taking on C&Q protocol drafting, to leading small workstreams, to leading small teams, and beyond.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I am a huge beach bum. Everything is better at the beach. All summer long (April to October in NC) my wife and I hit the beach every free weekend to catch some surf and sun
